Condoleeza Rice Says She Never Thought Planes Could Be Used As Missiles, George W. Bush said something similar also, but on March 4, 2001 the pilot episode of the Lone Gunmen aired and depicted flying a passenger plane from
Boston into the the World Trade Center building in
New York under remote control. This was six months before September 11, 2001; with a plane leaving from the exact location (Boston) as the planes on 9/11. Here is an excerpt of that first episode; obviously someone thought of it.

In the Northwoods Documents (Operation Northwoods) there is a similar premise (False Flag Operation) to create terror on U.S. citizens with hijacked commercial aircraft which will be flown to their target remotely as well as blowing up naval ships and other such atrocities . These ideas were thought up in 1962 and John F. Kennedy rejected intervention in Cuba and Kennedy was assassinated in 1963 and we got the Warren Commission and no answers as to why JFK was murdered.
